I saw my role model Aksel yesterday and I said to myself when Aksel can do it then I can also do it. I also never give up and fight till the end. Luckily I won a medal today and this is really a dream end for me. Interviewer: At the top the race didn’t start so good for you. You lost some time till the first split time. Lindsey: I don’t know what happend at the top. In the Trainings Runs I was always was at the bottom. I skied great a the bottom and that’s why I’m on the podium. But when I would have not made the mistake a the top I would be a bit higher on the podium. Interviewer: In the finish Ingemar Stenmark was waiting for you. It was a big wish from you to meet him here. What does this mean to you? Lindsey: It was so great. I sent him a message please come to my last race. He is really shy but he is here and I have so much respect from him and the sport. I’m really thankful.
