TRAI promises 10-15% savings in TV bill for metros in new tariff regime

Telecom regulator TRAI has once again defended the new tariff regime for television. The regulator is promising 10 to 15 percent savings for metros. The regulator also went on to clarify that on second or multiple TV connections the network capacity fee (NCF) of Rs 130 is not mandatory, reports Ashmit Kumar.
