Crowds of selfie-snapping “fans” have been forming in Hong Kong around a man impersonating Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte as he paid an unexpected visit to the city. The Duterte double joined a lookalike of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un meeting and greeting people, including hundreds of Southeast Asian domestic workers who had gathered in the city’s Central district on their day off.
