Budget 2019: Government remains committed to double the income of farmers, says Prime Minister Narendra Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressing the nation post the interim budget 2019, said poverty rate is being reduced significantly through government schemes. He said PM Kisaan Yojana will benefit 12 crore farmers having 5 or less than 5 acre land. He also reiterated the government’s commitment to double farmer’s income.
