President Moon makes it onto Foreign Policy's Top 100 Global Thinkers in 2018 for second year in row

President Moon Jae-in has made it onto Foreign Policy's list of its top 100 Global Thinkers for the second straight year.
The magazine wrote that "despite repeated setbacks and deadlock" the South Korean leader" had steadily pushed forward with negotiations with North Korea and the U.S.,.. which it said was "one of the world's defining diplomatic achievements of 2018".
North Korean leader Kim Jong-un made the "40 and under" list,... for his "personal meeting with the U.S. President."
Foreign Policy wrote that Kim had "raised the promise of North Korea's economic development".... which cost Kim little in return.
