NAIROBI, Kenya, Apr 16 – At least four people drowned when a Public Service Vehicle attempted to cross a seasonal river in Mandera.
Four others were still reported as missing when the rescue mission was called off on Thursday evening for security reasons given previous terror attacks by the Al Shabaab.

Forty-two others thankfully made it out of the incident alive following a six-hour rescue operation that included a specialised Kenya Red Cross team flown in from Nairobi.
