Rain, thunderstorm hits Delhi; traffic movement affected

Rain and thunderstorm hit the national capital on Tuesday morning affected traffic movement and several flights. Commuters were stranded during the office hours due to the sudden downpour. The air quality, however, moved up to ‘poor’ category. Traffic movement continued to be slow.
