Wild Species Of Coffee Could Go Extinct In Ten Years

According to ScienceMag.org, Hairy berries... the wild relatives of coffee plants can seem downright bizarre. But they also harbor genetic traits that could help farmed coffee plants survive threats such as drought and disease. Unfortunately, these wild coffee species could go extinct because of Climate Change. Environmentalists estimate that they will be extinct anywhere in between ten to twenty years.
