Blue House welcomes Pyeongyang and Washington's decision to hold second round of summit

Shortly after the announcement, the Presidential Office of Cheong Wa Dae said it welcomes the second round of the North Korea - U.S. summit.
Blue House spokesperson Kim Eui-kyeom said in a text message to reporters that the South Korean government hopes the Kim-Trump summit will serve as a turning point to solidify lasting peace on the Korean Peninsula.
He asserted the Moon administration will cooperate with both Pyeongyang and Washington and other related parties... so that the summit in late February would render practical and tangible results to reach the complete denuclearization and the establishment of permanent peace on the Korean Peninsula.
