Temps to mild for mid-January, decent air _ 011719

Good morning. Central regions received nearly one centimeter of snow overnight. Drivers need to watch for dangerous, icy conditions during pre-light hours, especially in the morning. But temps are forecast to be mild for mid-January. No big freeze this morning and daily highs will hike to positive territory.

Morning lows in Seoul are nearly 8 degrees higher than yesterday, kicking off at minus 8 degrees, Chuncheon is colder at minus 7 degrees.
Mostly sunny skies will dominate the country, no more snow in store.

Daily highs will go up 3 to 4 degrees higher, getting up to 3 degrees, Daegu, Gwangju rising to 6 degrees.
