USFJ describes North Korea as 'declared nuclear state' in one of its promotional videos
- 5 years ago
U.S. Forces Japan described North Korea as a "declared nuclear state" in a promotional video it posted on YouTube last month.
The six-minute video titled "The Mission of U.S. Forces Japan" says the Northeast Asia region consists of three declared nuclear states - Russia, North Korea and China.
Such a video could spark controversy as neither the U.S. government nor its military have officially described the North as a "declared nuclear state."
