Addressing the BJP's National Convention at Ramlila Maidan here, PM Modi said "These days, a campaign is going on to publicise a failed experiment in the history of Indian politics by the name of 'mahagathbandhan'. These people are trying to make a 'majboor sarkaar'. They don't want a 'majboot sarkar'.
