Terming the coalition government in Karnataka ‘majboor’ (helpless), PM Modi Modi said that efforts were on to replicate the helpless model of governance at the Centre too. Sounding the poll bugle for Karnataka from Hubballi with a massive rally on Sunday, Modi made jibes at Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy, calling him a “punching bag”.
