President Moon Jae-in is having a working lunch with lawmakers of the ruling party leadership at the top office today.
The Blue House says... the purpose of the meeting is largely for the sake of New Year's greetings,... but the attendees are also likely to discuss pending issues.
The president is also expected to call on the ruling party lawmakers for bipartisanship in handling some of the pending bills and issues.
The meeting today is likely to lay the groundwork for the upcoming joint policy consultative body with the top office,... the rival political parties and the government next month.
