Step 1: Go to play store, and do a search for line app, and Install it.

Step 2: Now, Tap on Open button.

Step 3: Tap on 'Sign up' button at the bottom right.

Step 4: Fill your country and Phone Number, and then click on 'Next' button.

Step 5: Fill the verification code, and then click on 'Next' button to continue.

Step 6: Tap on 'Sign up for new account.'

Step 7: Tap on 'Ok' link at the pop up.

Step 8: Enter your 'Display name' of your choice.

Step 9: Tap on 'Register'.

It's done.
