'Are you freaking kidding me?' Couple left deflated after very underwhelming gender reveal

A couple from Duncanville, Texas, were left confused and somewhat deflated after they popped a gender reveal balloon only to see a small piece of paper flop out instead of the anticipated confetti.

As the expectant mother picks it up, an audience member can be heart saying, "are you freaking kidding me?"

"Me and my husband are having a gender reveal party for our first child," said the mother. "After having nightmares for multiple weeks about it going wrong and speaking with three associates at Party City, the only thing in the balloon was a piece of paper."
