That's right Daniel, this cold wind is going to make us shiver as temperatures are expected to drop about 4 to 6 degrees Celsius lower than today. Currently, the wind is blowing 6 meters per second in Seoul,... making people feel much colder than the actual readings until tomorrow morning.
Thankfully, the wind is expected to keep away the dust for tomorrow. Into the night though, the southern regions and Jeju Island can expect some snow. Meanwhile Tokyo will be under chilly conditions similar to Busan.
In the morning, the cold spell will dominate the forecast, with Seoul waking up to minus 10 degrees Celsius,... and minus 7 degrees in Daegu and Gyeongju.
