Jim Mattis Puts Final Remarks As Defense Secretary In Memo

According to Reuters, Defense Secretary Jim Mattis gave his farewell message to the US armed forces.
During his remarks, the retired Marine general said to keep the faith in our country, and stand alongside our nation's allies.
Secretary Mattis chose to resign over policy differences with President Donald Trump.
But his departure was accelerated by President Trump, as Mattis expected to leave the Defense Department in February.
Mattis left the brief message in a memo before he departed the Pentagon.
The memo are his final public remarks as Defense secretary.
