U.S. declines to comment on N.K. leader's speech

The United States has refused to make official statement on Kim Jong-un's New Year Address.
A U.S. State Department spokesperson,.. speaking to Seoul-based Yonhap News Agency on condition of anonymity on Tuesday said the U.S. declines the "opportunity to comment".
It was Washington's first response to Kim's New Year's speech,... which was closely watched for hints about the fate of the stalled denuclearization talks between Pyeongyang and Washington.
