Israel's Netanyahu declines comment on Saudi visit reports

Israeli media are reporting that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had a secret meeting with a Saudi crown prince.
If it really did happen, this would be the first meeting between top leaders from the two countries.

Mok-yeon, reports say that Netanyahu secretly visited Saudi Arabia on Sunday,... for talks with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo.
Saudi's foreign ministry denied the meeting took place,... following the reports.
But, Israel has so far made no official denial or confirmation.
Netanyahu also declined to comment.
"Are you serious? Friends, throughout my years I have never commented on such things and I don't intend to start doing so now."
However, an Israeli official, on a radio show, hinted at the visit, saying a remarkable achievement has been made.
The reports arise amid recent normalization deals between Israel and the UAE brokered by the U.S. and the latest visit of U.S. Secretary Mike Pompeo to the region.
The two countries have long shunned official contact due to issues over Palestine.
