121 North Korean vessels failed safety tests in 2018: VOA

All North Korean vessels that underwent safety inspections this year were found to have defects.
Citing data from the Port State Control in the Asia Pacific region, Voice of America said a total of 121 North Korean ships were inspected in 2018, and that *all of them had defects.
Among those inspected, a North Korean cargo ship... E. Morning was found to have 66 flaws.
Only 35 ships had fewer than five defects.
The VOA added that all of the North Korean vessels that have undergone inspection since 2016... have had deficiencies... mainly due to ship deterioration.
