Sterlite Row: Vedanta moves SC against Madras HC order

Vedanta has moved SC against Madurai bench order which ordered status quo till January 21 in implementing NGT order to reopen sterlite units. Vedanta in its appeal has said that the high court couldn’t have entertained such a plea challenging NGT order as tribunal orders can only be challenged in SC.
