A man was killed and few others were injured in a fresh police firing on anti-Sterlite plant agitators in Tamil Nadu’s Tuticorn. This comes a day after ten people were killed in a police firing in the town. Locals have been agitating for over 100 days demanding the closure of Vedanta Group’s Sterlite plant over pollution.
