Good afternoon, it's another day you'll want to put on your face mask, but at least you can wear a lighter jacket. Most of Korea has been in the grip of toxic smog for nearly a week now... except Gangwon-do Province and Jeju. Most of us will have to deal with a thick coat of dust with fine and ultra fine dust advisories in place for Chungcheong-do and Jeolla-do Provinces.

Temperatures will stay nice for mid-December. Daily highs will be similar to marginally higher than yesterday under partly sunny skies in most parts.

Let's take a closer look. Seoul will get up to 9 degrees, 17 degrees in Gwangju and Busan. There could be sporadic rain on Jeju and southern coastal regions.

Mild temperatures and dusty conditions stay through the weekend. Tomorrow is going to be mild. There's Dongji, the Winter Solstice, then colder air along with biting winds. Christmas will come, and then clean air again.

That's Korea for you and here's the international weather for viewers around the world.
