Ahead of the meeting of mahagathbandhan with Congress President Rahul Gandhi today at 4 pm, Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tejashwi Yadav said that the alliance has invited Rashtriya Lok Samta Party (RLSP) chief Upendra Kushwaha to join it after he broke up with the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) early this month. Speaking on the current political situation ahead of the Lok Sabha elections in 2019, he said, “Things will be clear by evening, you'll get to know. Those leaders who believe in secularism and Constitution should share the same platform. We have invited people in past too. If Upendra Kushwaha ji wants good for country, we've invited him. There have been attempts to crush regional parties, even LJP isn't happy with Modi ji's faction and that proves the fact.”
