Chinese Fried Rice || चाइनीस फ्राइड राइस विधि || Chinese dishes from priyankas kitchen

Chinese Fried rice is a dish of cooked rice that has been stir-fried in a wok or a frying pan and is usually mixed with other ingredients. It is often eaten by itself or as an accompaniment to another dish. As a homemade dish, Chinese fried rice is typically made with ingredients leftover from other dishes, leading to countless variations. Chinese Fried rice is a popular street food in Asia. In some Asian countries, small restaurants, street vendors and traveling hawkers specialize in serving this food.

INGREDIENTS:

• ¾ cup finely chopped Broad Beans
• 1 pcs finely chopped Carrot
• ¾ cup finely chopped Green Onion
• ¾ cup finely chopped Green Peas
• 2 ½ T-spoon Cooking Oil
• 1 Pinch of Ajinomoto (More use is harmful)
• 2 T-spoon Chilli Sauce
• 3 pcs chopped Garlic
• 1 ½ spoon Soya Sauce
• 2 spoon Vinegar
• 200 gms Boiled Rice

Directions:

1. Heat 2 ½ tbsp oil in wok; fry garlic, add chopped Broad Beans, add chopped Carrot, add chopped green onion, add chopped green peas, add Pinch of Ajinomoto, add chilli sauce, soya sauce and vinegar, stir-fry until all the ingredients turn into nice brown color.
2. Add boiled rice, tossing to mix well; stir-fry for 3 minutes.
3. Serve and enjoy “CHINESE FRIED RICE”
