France Braces For Fifth Weekend of Protests

According to CNN, crowds of "yellow vest" protesters gathered on Saturday in Paris for a fifth consecutive weekend of demonstrations, despite concessions this week by French President Emmanuel Macron. However, their numbers were lower than in previous weeks, with some perhaps appeased by Macron's promises while others were deterred by cold, wet weather.
