Now onto the weather,... there will be clear skies for most parts of the country today, and the cold is expected to ease its grip on the nation in the afternoon.
The cold wave alerts are still in place for some regions,... but as the day goes on, the temperature is expected to go up and most of the cold wave alerts will be lifted.
Seoul is to have highs of 2 to 3 degrees Celsius in the afternoon,... while Busan and the southern island of Jeju will have highs of 9 or 10 degrees.
Tomorrow is expected to be a little warmer, up 5 degrees from today.
But rain or snow is expected nationwide.
