A Man Trapped In A Restaurant Grease Duct For Two Days Has Been Rescued

Authorities recently rescued a man trapped in a grease duct.
California's Alameda County Sheriff's office recently rescued a man trapped in a San Lorenzo restaurant's kitchen-to-roof grease duct for two days, reports KPIX. The office reports via Facebook that the man's faint cries for help were heard coming from a "vacant Chinese food restaurant." First responders traced them to a rooftop vent and soon after found the grease-covered man wedged into the duct. Getting him out of the very tight spot took about an hour. He appeared to be suffering from dehydration and was taken to an area hospital. Authorities are still working to determine how the man ended up in his predicament and suspect he may have been trying to commit a burglary.
