Two Koreas to discuss planned groundbreaking ceremony for railway and road connections on Thursday

Officials from South and North Korea will meet soon to discuss ways to move ahead with the groundbreaking ceremony for railway and road connections.
According to Seoul's Unification Ministry,... the two sides will hold talks on Thursday at the inter-Korean liaison office in Gaeseong.
The meeting is part of efforts to hold the event before the end of the year... as agreed at the inter-Korean summit in Pyeongyang in September.
The ministry has already sent a basic plan for the event to the North,... and they have been sorting out the details based on that plan.
