1. Get away from negativity
Make sure you don't have anyone in your inner circle that brings you down. If so maybe take a break from this person.
2. Upgrade your body language and your image
Pull your shoulders back, smile more, make eye-contact when you talk and dress nicely.
3. Get rid of failure and negative voices in your head
Never accept failure, don't give up because there is always a solution to your problem.
4. Be prepared
In your field, whether it's your job, your studies, a presentation, learn everything you need to know. It will give you the confidence as you know what you are talking about.
5. Create lists
When feeling really low, make two lists. One where you write down all the things you are grateful for. The other for all the accomplishments you are proud of.
