There is no harm in backtracking from initial pledges and promises because even angels make mistakes, says Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.
He said sometimes people make mistakes in their decisions and backtrack when they realise it is wiser to do so.
He told this to the reporters after attending the Pakatan Harapan presidential council meeting on Saturday.
