Police: Six roads leading to Dataran Merdeka to be closed

Kuala Lumpur police chief Mazlan Lazim has announced that six roads leading to Dataran Merdeka would be closed - Jalan Hishamuddin (near the tunnel), Jalan Leboh Pasar (near the OCBC bank), Jalan Tun Perak (near Masjid Jamek LRT station), Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman (near Sogo), Jalan Raja Laut (near the Summit hotel) and the Dato Onn roundabout.
"These roads will be closed at 6am on Saturday," he added.
He also warned against provocations and seditious speeches during Saturday's gathering against the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (Icerd).
