I recorded this video some years ago and now I find it all around Instagram and the internet, many without my watermark. To clarify all the confusion around it: This video is made with an Olympus cx41 phase contrast microscope and it has been sped up a couple of times. (it is phase contrast, not darkfield). It shows a neutrophil immune system cell searching the blood for trash and debris. You also see two T-cells and several red blood cells. A couple of bacteria can also be seen jumping around.
