Retain IPCMC Bill drafted by RCI, government urged

Civil society groups are urging the government to retain the original Independent Police Complaints and Misconduct Commission (IPCMC) Bill drafted by the Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI), adding that there is no need to substantially change the bill, which was drafted in 2005.
