NASA Announces Date For First Uncrewed SpaceX Rocket Launch

NASA has revealed the date of its first unpiloted SpaceX rocket launch. Geek.com reports the first test of the SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket and Crew Dragon spacecraft is set for January 7. The launch, called Demo-1, is scheduled for 11:57 p.m. ET at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida. A recent blog post said, “Following the test flights, NASA will review the performance data and resolve issues as necessary to certify the systems for operational missions.
