LK18 PFD HATS Ambulance aggressive driving and verbal abuse

I was cycling along up a hill when this transport ambulance was coming towards me, he did not stop to give way and dangerously squeezed past me. As i went past he proceeded to shout out of hes window and call me a "dick head"
