♾Bowl mein neem garam pani, khameer,namak,oil aur maida dal ker mix karein.
♾Ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein aur dhak ker 30 min kliya rakh dein.
♾Chopper mein hari mirch,pyaz aur tamatar dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein.
♾Bowl mein qeema ,tomato paste,pepper paste,fresh parsley ya hara dhania,kali mirch powder,lal mirch crushed,namak,pani aur chop ki howi ajza dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
♾Dough ko dubara ghond lein,maida chirak dein aur smooth hunay tak dubara ghond lein aur pieces mein cut ker lein (makes 6).
♾Chota dough lein aur maida chirak ker rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
♾Baking tray mein rolled dough rakh dein aur qeema ka mixture dal ker pheela lein.
♾Preheated oven mein 200 C per 8-10 minutes kliya bake ker lein.

♾pan ko garam ker lain or dough per qeema laga lain pan main turkish pizza dal ker dhak ker halki anch per 10 min kay liyay cook ker lain.
♾Apni pasand ki salad or lemon kay sath serve karain.
