U.S. to impose new duties on Chinese aluminum sheet products: Commerce Dept.

The U.S. Commerce Department is going to impose final anti-dumping and anti-subsidy duties on Chinese common alloy aluminum sheet products of 96-point-three percent.... to 1-hundred-76-point-two percent.
It's the first time since 1985,...for the U.S. government to issue final duties after initiating a trade remedy case.
It will be finalized after the U.S. International Trade Commission deliberates it next month.
And with this announcement coming right after the midterms.... watchers say.... it indicates the Trump administration's hardline stance on trade with China.... will continue regardless of the new power structure in Congress.
