Poll Shows Michelle Obama Handily Beating Trump In Hypothetical 2020 Matchup

Axios released the results of hypothetical 2020 matchups involving President Trump.
A recent Axios poll by SurveyMonkey in late October shows former first lady Michelle Obama handily beating President Trump in a hypothetical 2020 matchup. Obama pulled in 55% of the 9,908 respondents' support, compared to the 42% garnered by Trump.
While it appears she could pull off a commanding 2020 election victory, Obama has made it clear that she has no desire to seek the high office. The former first lady said at an April leadership conference in Boston: "The reason why I don't want to run for president…my sense is that, first of all, you have to want the job." "I've never had the passion for politics," she further commented. "I just happened to be married to somebody who has the passion for politics."
