A 5.1-magnitude earthquake hit southern China’s Xichang City today (October 31).

Various videos surfaced online showing the moment the tremor struck.

One showed lighting shaking on the ceiling of a building, while another captured the water inside an aquarium sloshing from side to side.

Residents also filmed themselves gathering in safe, open areas.

No casualties were reported.
