Large sinkhole discovered in southern China, the 30th of its kind in the same county

A cave exploration team discovered a giant sinkhole in southern China's Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, bringing the number of such sinkholes in Leye county to 30. Experts say the sinkhole measures 306 metres (1,003ft) in length, 150 metres (492ft) in width, 192 metres (623ft) in depth and is categorised as a “large sinkhole”.
