Posters of Priyanka Gandhi Vadra were put up in Rae Bareli terming her “emotional blackmailer”. The posters also accused her of being "missing" and pointed to her absence from the constituency she actively campaigned. District Congress committee president VK Shukla said that they condemn this act. In an interview, he said, “Some people travelling in luxury vehicles threw or pasted the posters at some places in Rae Bareli Sunday night. We understand this has been done by some local leaders, who recently switched loyalties from the Congress to BJP.”
