The second summit between North Korean leader Kim Jong-un and U.S. President Donald Trump is likely to be held in early 2019.
According to Reuters,... a senior U.S. official told reporters that the meeting may take place "sometime after the first of the year."
And the details are likely to be sorted out very soon.
Secretary of State Mike Pompeo told Voice of America on Friday that he's "very hopeful" talks with his North Korean counterpart will be held "in the next week and a half or so."
Pompeo also said the next Kim-Trump summit will provide "another big step forward on denuclearization."
