Stuffed Baguette [BA Recipes]

Stuffed baguettes are delicious and original! You will definitely love how easy it is to make, how great it tastes, and how cool it looks!

Ingredients:

1 baguette (approx. 35 cm. long)

250 g. cream cheese

100 g. ricotta cheese

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1 ½ sweet red pepper, chopped

40 g. green olives, chopped

100 g. salami, chopped

20 g. fresh dill, chopped

Salt, to taste

Ground black pepper, to taste

Thyme, to taste

1. Cut off the ends of the baguette. Remove the middle of the baguette with a

knife.

2. Whisk the cream cheese until it is smooth. Add the ricotta and garlic and beat

it all together.

3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix.

4. Fill in the baguette (on both sides) with the cheese filling. Use a small

drinking glass to push in the filling from both ends.

5. Wrap the baguette in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.

6. Before serving, slice the baguette with a hot knife.
