Minister of Railways and Coal, Piyush Goyal claimed that negotiations of Rafale deal terms under present government are far better than erstwhile United Progressive Alliance (UPA) regime. “We have gotten faster delivery, longer maintenance tenure, better availability of spare parts and much needed defence capabilities”, said Minister Goyal during a press conference in New Delhi.
