Indonesia quake: survivors hope for their missing ones to return back home

Life is on hold for thousands living in tents and shelters in Indonesian city hit by a powerful earthquake and tsunami. The natural disaster took away lives of more than 1,400 people in a span of one week. Desperate search efforts for survivors continued on Wednesday. Many relatives await patiently for news of loved ones. Friday's magnitude 7.5 quake injured and displaced more than 70,000. Indonesia is a vast archipelago of 260 million people. The country is frequently struck by earthquakes, volcanic eruptions and tsunamis. Indonesia is located on the "Ring of Fire," an arc of volcanoes and fault lines in the Pacific Basin.
