Kisan Rally: Delhi Police open barricades for farmers to enter Delhi

Delhi Police opened the barricades at Delhi-Uttar Pradesh border allowing the entrance of farmers who were stopped during 'Kisan Kranti Padyatra' yesterday. The farmers are now heading towards Kisan Ghat. The march - ‘Kisan Kranti Padyatra’ started in Haridwar on September 23 and is supposed to end at Kisan Ghat, the memorial site of former Prime Minister and farmer leader Chaudhary Charan Singh, in New Delhi today. Thousands of farmers under the banner of Bhartiya Kisan Union arrived at Delhi-Uttar Pradesh border yesterday during ‘Kisan Kranti Padyatra’.
