Elon Musk Resigns As Tesla Board Chairman

According to Business Insider, Elon Musk has resigned from Tesla's board as part of a settlement with the SEC.
The Securities and Exchange Commission sued Musk and Tesla last week due to a tweet the eccentric CEO published about taking the company private.
Musk tweeted that he secured funding to take Tesla private at $420 a share, but those plans quickly eroded.
After investigating the deal, the SEC filed a lawsuit accusing Musk of fraud.
