'Fast and Furious' boy racers block Limehouse Link Tunnel

The moment a massive group of car enthusiasts block a lane in east London's Limehouse Link Tunnel late Sunday (September 30).
The group ended up causing a traffic jam that stretched back to the entrance of the tunnel. They can be seen getting out of their cars to document the antics on their phones.
However, the filmer expressed concern. "What would have happened if an emergency vehicle needed access or if somebody drove into the last car stopped?" they asked. "Basically I thought it was a massive pile up in the tunnel."
They later added that "the police can use a tannoy system and didn’t as far as I’m aware."
The 1.1 mile tunnel connects Limehouse to Canary Wharf.
